Shores on Cowan is situated 15 km north of Big River, Saskatchewan on Hwy 55. It shares the same latitude and landscape of Waskesiu and Prince Albert National Park (which is within an hour’s drive to the east).

All main routes to Cowan Lake are paved highway with good services along the way – in all seasons.
